Pastor Ryan Daniel Bates

Ryan serves as an Executive Pastor here at The Light. Ryan has served on staff at churches ranging from 600 to 40,000 members. He and his wife, Lexi, are proud parents to a baby boy. With a passion for connecting with people and a deep understanding of scripture, Ryan has eight years of full time ministry experience and a Doctorate in Biblical Theology.

When he's not busy ministering, Ryan enjoys cooking up a storm in the kitchen, working up a sweat at the gym, and diving into a good book.
